TallyGenicom offers a variety of service programs to meet the needs of our diverse customer base. For customers with stringent budgeting requirements and demanding response times, a TallyGenicom service contract delivers peace of mind and priority attention. For those with greater latitude who would prefer to ‘pay as you go’ our Time and Materials programs are the right choice.
Our seasoned technicians are available across North America for on site service, and we have Applications Support personnel, Customer Service Dispatch, and a full-service depot repair facility in Renton, Washington.
Customer Service Dispatch is available to take calls from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. For after-hours contact, our answering service can take your calls 7x24, day or night to ensure your call is logged in our system at the first opportunity during business hours. TallyGenicom commits to using only the highest quality parts in repair. We will NEVER employ sub-standard knockoffs.
