Service Options - US Only

TallyGenicom offers a variety of service programs to meet the needs of our diverse customer base. For customers with stringent budgeting requirements and demanding response times, a TallyGenicom service contract delivers peace of mind and priority attention. For those with greater latitude who would prefer to ‘pay as you go’ our Time and Materials programs are the right choice.

Our seasoned technicians are available across North America for on site service, and we have Applications Support personnel, Customer Service Dispatch, and a full-service depot repair facility in Renton, Washington.

Customer Service Dispatch is available to take calls from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. For after-hours contact, our answering service can take your calls 7x24, day or night to ensure your call is logged in our system at the first opportunity during business hours. TallyGenicom commits to using only the highest quality parts in repair. We will NEVER employ sub-standard knockoffs.

Service Contract Options

On Site Service

  • We offer Next Business Day, 4-hour or 7x24 response times at competitive price levels.
  • Most on site calls are completed in less than one hour.
  • Single or multiple year contracts cover all parts, labor and travel—no hidden costs!

Depot Repair Service

  • For customers with depot repair contracts, we commit to 3 to 5 business day turnaround upon receipt of your printer for repair at our Renton, Washington facility.
  • Need a quicker response? Express Exchange contracts will deliver a replacement printer to your door next business day.

Time and Materials

  • TallyGenicom delivers both our on site or depot repair service alternatives on a per incident basis for customers who prefer to ‘pay as you go’. (We can also quote special Express Exchange service per incident on a case-by-case basis.)
  • Time and materials service delivers all of the efficiency and expertise of our highly trained staff and field service representatives as well as the assurance of the highest quality parts used in repair.
